Senior Manager - Marines
Job Summary
The Senior Manager - Marines will be responsible for leading the sales and operations of the marine business segment, driving revenue growth, identifying new market opportunities, and developing strategic initiatives to strengthen the company's presence in the industry. The role requires strong leadership, business development expertise, and extensive knowledge of marine products, services, and customer requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business targets, enhance customer relationships, and ensure operational excellence.
What Are We Looking For?
With 8-9 years of experience in marine product sales and operations
Proven track record in:
- Driving sales growth
- Developing and executing effective sales strategies
- Expanding market opportunities
- Achieving business targets and objectives
Experience within an authorized dealership or the marine industry is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of marine repair and services is a significant advantage.
Excellent leadership, client management, business development, and stakeholder management skills.
Work Location
Quezon City
