- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management
- PRC Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in building construction projects (residential, commercial, or industrial)
- Extract quantities from drawings and specifications
- Prepare and update Bill Quantities for bidding and project budgeting
- Develop project cost estimates based on quantities, labor, and materials
- Assist purchasing in supplier and subcontractor comparison
- Analyze subcontractor quotations and ensure scope completeness
- Monitor project cost vs budget during construction
- Evaluate cost impact of change orders and design revisions
- Assist project team in progress billing and cost reconciliation
- Maintain cost records and quantity tracking
