- Project construction management, supervision and implementation of the overall company policies , directives, procedures and control over the assigned project and business undertakings under the following functional responsibilities:
- Ove r all coo r d i nation, meet i ngs and presentations to clients, loca l government unit/municipalit i es, and other agencies as required by Hansei.
- Safekeeping of records and documentations.
- Prepa r e and maintain s k etches, amps, r eport, and l ega l descr i ptions of surveys in o r der to descr i be, certify, and assume liab il ity for work performed.
- V erify t h e accuracy of survey data, including measu r ements and calculations conducted by the survey sites.
- Direct or conduct surveys in order to establ i shed legal boundaries for prope rt ies, based on l egal deeds and tit l es.
- Record the resu l ts of surveys, including the shape, contour , l ocation, evaluation and dimensions of l and feat u res.
- Prepare o r super v ise prepara t ion o f a ll data, charts, p l ots, maps, records, and documents related to su r veys.
- Plan and conduct ground surve y s des i gned to establish baselines, eva l uation, and ot h er geodetic measure m ents.
- Search legal records, survey records, and la n d titles i n order to obtain i nfo r mation about property boundaries in areas to be surveyed.
- Coordinate findings with the work of e n g in eering and arc hi tectura l personne l , clients, and othe r concerned w it h project.
- Establish fixed po i nts for use i n maki n g maps, using geodetic and eng in eering instruments.
- Determine l ongitude and latitudes of important features and boundaries in survey a r eas, using theodo li tes , trans i ts, leve l s, and satellite based globa l p ositio n ing systems (DGS)
- Analyze survey object i ves and specifications in orde r to p r epa r e survey proposals or t o d i rect others i n survey proposa l preparation .
- Conduct research in surveying a n d mapp i ng met h ods, using knowledge of tec h n i ques of photogrammetric map compilatio n and electron i c data processing.
- Familiarization with the applicable domestic and international electrical codes standards specifications and safety requirements including compilation for references.
- Undertake fie l d works on company project sites and provide necessary technical assistance to field personnel.
- Report and recommend to the management any project status, issues and concerns for appropriate action and resolution.
- Provide full support, assistance, and coordination with other functional groups.
- Observance and strict compliance to the company policies, company guidelines, company code of conduct, as well as other statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other related services as maybe assigned time to time.
