Accounting Assistant (Nueva Ecija)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in an Accounting Assistant role.
- Knowledge of the end-to-end accounting cycle.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Handle the end-to-end accounting process, from recording transactions to preparing financial reports.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure financial records are accurate.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor and reconcile account balances.
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure proper document filing.
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers regarding payments and billing concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government accounting and tax requirements.
