IT Account Administrator

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an IT Account Administrator to join our dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage user account lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, account creation, modification, and deactivation.
- Provision and maintain user access, permissions, groups, and shared resources.
- Manage software licenses and user access across business systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot authentication, password, and MFA-related issues.
- Provide technical support for account and access-related requests.
- Document account changes, procedures, and resolutions.
- Maintain and update knowledge base articles and process documentation.
- Collaborate with IT teams, HR, managers, and vendors to ensure timely access provisioning and support.
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and escalate issues when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in IT support, account administration, or access management.
- Experience with user provisioning, permissions management, and software licensing.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and documentation best practices.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with identity and access management processes.
- Knowledge of cloud-based business systems and enterprise applications.
- Experience supporting onboarding and offboarding programs.
