About the Client

Our client is an Accounting firm based in UK, growing their offshore team to support various business functions. This role exists to give co-ordinators and manager groups reliable operational backup so client work moves without bottlenecks.

About the Team

The team supports co-ordinators who deliver direct service to manager groups across each service line. They work closely with internal stakeholders / client-facing teams to keep case work accurate, on time, and audit-ready.

As the team grows, we're looking for someone to take ownership of the administrative backbone that keeps cases moving.

The Role

This role is the operational engine behind the co-ordinator team — managing bank confirmations, platform setup, and estimate inputs so nothing slips through the cracks.

What You'll Do

• Set up, request, and proactively monitor bank confirmations, chasing outstanding responses

• Manage system and platform setup, including annual roll forward processes

• Input estimates into internal platforms, liaising directly with stakeholders to confirm accuracy

What We're Looking For

• Experience in an administrative role, ideally within a regulated or professional services environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases at once

• Clear written and verbal communication for requesting documentation or clarifying information with stakeholders/clients

• Comfortable handling confidential information and following strict procedures

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
