Design Quality Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Print Production Artist who can transform client briefs into high-quality visual materials while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate has strong experience in print design, layout production, and pre-press preparation, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand project briefs, creative requirements, and brand guidelines from clients and stakeholders.
• Create high-quality design materials that meet company standards for creativity, accuracy, and excellence.
• Produce and deliver artwork according to specifications while ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Follow established production workflows, processes, and project management tools.
• Coordinate regularly with team leads, clients, and stakeholders regarding project progress, updates, and revisions.
• Handle various design projects using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
• Manage workload effectively to accommodate urgent revisions and fast turnaround times.
• Prepare final artwork and pre-press production files for printing and publishing.
• Ensure all designs maintain high attention to detail, consistency, and technical accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and support additional projects when required.
• Work efficiently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with international clients and stakeholders, particularly those in North America.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Advertising, Marketing, Communication Arts, or any related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in print design, graphic design, publishing, advertising, marketing, media, or related industries.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and MS Word.
• Experience in pre-press production and artwork preparation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing:
• Multi-page layout designs
• Print production work
• PowerPoint presentation designs
• Excellent graphic design, typography, and layout skills.
• Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and workflow accuracy.
• Flexible and adaptable in handling a wide variety of design projects.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable coordinating with foreign counterparts and stakeholders.
• Ability to work North America business hours.
• Mac OS proficiency is an advantage.
