We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Creative Quality Assurance Specialist to create engaging visual assets across digital and print platforms while supporting quality assurance efforts to ensure all creative work meets brand and production standards.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced marketing environment.

What Is Your Mission?

You will provide exceptional service to our partner brands by:

• Designing visual assets for email campaigns, social media, print materials, catalogs, and product sell sheets
• Developing creative concepts and design solutions for marketing and advertising initiatives
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with project goals and marketing strategies
• Editing and refining existing creative assets as needed
• Assisting in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines
• Supporting quality assurance reviews of creative assets before publication
• Reviewing layouts, imagery, typography, content placement, and formatting for accuracy and consistency
• Identifying and correcting design, formatting, and content-related issues
• Maintaining high-quality standards across all creative deliverables
• Staying up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies

Requirements

Who Are We Looking For?

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of graphic design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , including:
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign
• Premiere Pro
• Adobe InDesign (Low-Mid Level): Ability to open files and export assets
• Adobe Photoshop (Low-Mid Level): Ability to resize, crop, and export images
• Basic design skills with the ability to adapt print layouts for digital formats
• Basic knowledge of CSS
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to identify design, formatting, and content inconsistencies
• Ability to follow established processes and quality standards

Flexible Requirements

• Experience reviewing or proofreading visual assets
• Experience supporting quality assurance (QA) processes for creative deliverables
• Experience creating marketing, social media, or email assets
• Experience working with brand guidelines and visual consistency standards
• Knowledge of web design principles and user experience best practices
• Experience in Claude is a huge plus
