Quality Analyst

We are looking for a Quality Analyst (QA) to join our growing BPO team in Pasig City . This role is responsible for ensuring consistent service quality across customer interactions and supporting continuous improvement of agent performance.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and evaluate calls, chats, and emails
- Score agent performance using QA scorecards
- Provide feedback and coaching support
- Identify errors, trends, and process gaps
- Ensure compliance with quality standards
- Support Operations in improving customer experience
- Prepare basic QA reports
Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience as QA in a BPO setting
- Open to undergraduate candidates
- Experience in voice accounts preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Pasig City
- Willing to work night shift
