- Analyze customer interactions to assess quality and adherence to standards.
- Provide feedback and guidance to team members for performance improvement.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management.
- Identify trends and suggest corrective actions to enhance customer service.
- Collaborate with various departments to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
