Quality Assurance Specialist

- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Create detailed documentation for quality assurance processes.
- Participate in training and development programs for staff on quality standards.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of compliance regulations, excellent collaboration skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to design and execute testing plans and protocols.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities.
