Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Compensation & Benefits Officer to handle day-to-day payroll, timekeeping, employee benefits, and rewards programs. The role is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of routine Compensation & Benefits processes while supporting compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle employee timekeeping (DTR) and payroll processing within set timelines.
- Compute payroll, 13th-month pay, final pay, and salary adjustments.
- Process and monitor SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR requirements.
- Prepare and process the Alphalist (BIR Form 1604-C) and BIR Form 2316.
- Monitor employee leave credits, loans, deductions, and other benefits.
- Administer HMO and other company-initiated benefits and assist employees with related concerns.
- Support the administration of employee rewards and recognition programs.
- Contribute to the review and improvement of benefits and rewards programs and prepare proposals for new or enhanced programs for Management’s consideration and approval.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and well-organized employee records.
- Prepare payroll, benefits, rewards, and compliance reports.
- Coordinate with the HRIS/payroll system provider regarding system-related concerns and support.
- Upload approved payroll transactions through the banking system.
- Escalate complex or non-routine Compensation & Benefits concerns to the appropriate HR or Management representative.
