Junior Accountant

Key Responsibilities - Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions (accounts payable and receivable)
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Monitor and track expenses and budgets
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
- Knowledge in Accounting Software like Zero etc..
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in accounting or finance is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and other MS Office applications
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willing to start asap
- Willing to assigned in Mandaluyong area
