Sales and Marketing Officer

Responsibilities
Develop Product Presentations
- Create professional, visually appealing, and persuasive product and service presentations tailored to different client needs and market segments.
Client Coordination
- Schedule, confirm, and follow up on meetings with potential and existing clients in coordination with the sales team.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients or businesses through various channels, including online research, referrals, and networking events.
Sales Outreach
- Communicate effectively with prospects to introduce company offerings, understand their needs, and generate interest
Data Management
- Maintain and update the client database, track communications, and report lead conversion status to management.
Marketing Initiatives
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns through social media, email, events, and printed materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Sales Target Achievement
- Meet the sales quota and performance KPIs set by the company.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and feedback.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in sales and marketing functions.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
