Receiving and Client Service Officer

Job Description
- Administers the release of samples, calibration reports, and delivery reports.
- Prepares Certificates of Calibration to be issued to clients.
- Coordinates with third-party service providers for outsourced services.
- Maintains and updates filing systems, inventory records, and mailing documentation.
- Manages and archives soft-copy files of previous reference documents.
- Receives items from the laboratory and ensures proper documentation.
- Prepares items for delivery in accordance with company procedures.
- Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, or any related course.
- Knowledgeable in preparation of Certificates of Calibration is an advantage.
- Familiar with document control, filing systems, and record management.
- Able to coordinate effectively with internal teams and third-party service providers.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, email).
- Able to work independently and perform tasks accurately with minimal supervision.
- Willing to perform other duties as required.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Working Conditions:
- Monday - Saturday: 7:00AM - 4:00PM
