Job Summary: The Chat Sales Specialist is responsible for assisting customers through chat support while promoting products and services, addressing inquiries, and driving sales conversions. This role requires strong written communication skills, customer engagement abilities, and experience in chat-based customer support. Qualifications: College level With at least 1 year of BPO Customer Service experience With at least 6 months of chat support experience Experience in sales and chat support is an advantage Strong written English communication and typing skills Sales-oriented with excellent customer handling abilities Computer literate and able to multitask across multiple systems Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and concerns via chat support Promote products and services while identifying sales opportunities Assist customers with orders, account concerns, and product information Provide timely and accurate responses to customer concerns Maintain high customer satisfaction and engagement levels Accurately document customer interactions and transactions Meet sales, productivity, and quality targets Follow company policies and chat support procedures
