High-Volume Sales / Loan Specialist

Location: Remote / Onsite JDN Square IT Center, P. Remedio Street, Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: US Hours About the Role We are looking for a high-performing Sales / Loan Specialist with proven experience in cash advance, lending, or financial sales. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment and are motivated by performance-based earnings. If you have strong closing skills, are confident handling objections, and can consistently hit aggressive targets — this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Conduct 80–100+ outbound calls daily (warm and cold leads) Present and sell cash advance, MCA, or lending products to qualified prospects Convert leads into deals with a target of 5–10 successful closings per day Build rapport quickly and maintain strong client relationships Accurately document interactions and pipeline updates in CRM Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas Qualifications 2+ years of experience in: Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) Personal loans Lending or financial sales Proven sales conversion track record (not just lead generation) Experience with high-volume outbound calling (80–100+ calls/day) Strong closing, negotiation, and persuasion skills Excellent American English communication skills (verbal and written) Experience handling both warm and cold leads Background in U.S. financial/lending products is highly preferred Core Competencies Results-driven and money-motivated mindset Ability to handle objections and rejections effectively Comfortable working with KPIs, quotas, and aggressive targets Highly organized and able to work independently Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
