Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions and inventory.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and enhance store performance.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Customer Service, Excellent Communication Skills, Teamwork, Public Speaking
- Qualities and Traits: Team Player, Attention to Detail, Problem Solver
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage customer inquiries and provide guidance
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
