Purchasing Staff (Customs Clearance)

Description - Assist in managing and overseeing customs clearance procedures for shipments.
- Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Prepare and submit required documentation for customs clearance accurately.
- Monitor and resolve any issues related to customs documentation and compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of import/export regulations and customs policies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a purchasing or customs clearance role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
