Job Summary
The Marketing Staff is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives that strengthen the company's brand, increase customer engagement, and support business growth. The role involves managing social media platforms, creating digital and print marketing materials, maintaining the company website, coordinating promotional campaigns and events, conducting market research, and monitoring marketing performance. The Marketing Staff also ensures that all marketing communications and online platforms accurately represent the company's brand and services.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing
- Manage the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop and schedule engaging social media content.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to inquiries when appropriate.
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns and paid advertisements.
- Monitor online trends and recommend marketing opportunities.
2. Content Creation
- Design promotional materials including:
- Posters
- Flyers
- Brochures
- Infographics
- Newsletters
- Banners
- Produce and edit photos, videos, reels, and other multimedia content.
- Write compelling captions, articles, blogs, and promotional copy.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots for marketing purposes.
3. Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and seasonal marketing activities.
- Assist in launching new products and services.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives with other departments.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
4. Brand Management
- Ensure consistent application of the company's branding across all marketing materials.
- Maintain and update brand assets and marketing templates.
- Protect and strengthen the company's corporate image and reputation.
5. Website Design & Management
- Design, update, and maintain the company's official website.
- Ensure website content is accurate, engaging, and up to date.
- Upload new services, announcements, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Perform basic website design, layout improvements, and content formatting.
- Coordinate with web developers or IT personnel for website enhancements and technical concerns.
- Monitor website performance and user experience.
- Implement basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) practices to improve online visibility.
- Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements.
- Ensure website security, functionality, and regular maintenance.
6. Market Research
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Monitor industry trends and customer preferences.
- Gather customer feedback to support business improvements.
- Prepare research findings and marketing recommendations.
7. Event Coordination
- Assist in planning and organizing:
- Company events
- Community outreach programs
- Seminars
- Exhibitions
- Promotional activities
- Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and vendors.
- Ensure smooth execution of marketing events.
8. Sales Support
- Develop marketing materials that support business development initiatives.
- Assist in lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
- Coordinate promotional activities with the sales and operations teams.
9. Reporting
- Monitor and analyze key marketing performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Track campaign performance, website traffic, social media insights, and customer engagement.
10. Administrative Duties
- Maintain marketing records, files, and databases.
- Manage inventory of marketing materials.
- Coordinate with external suppliers, printers, and agencies.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
