Dasmariñas City Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and competent Staff Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensure accurate implementation of physicians’ orders, and uphold the hospital’s standards for safety and patient-centered service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established nursing standards and hospital policies.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor, record, and report patients’ conditions and responses to treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing interventions and patient records.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols.
- Educate patients and their families about health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-discharge care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing .
- Valid PRC license as a Registered Nurse.
- Preferably with at least one (1) year of experience in a hospital setting.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate, patient-centered, and dedicated to continuous learning.
