Job Responsibilities
- Monitor unit occupancy permits, construction status, and electrical bonds.
- Coordinate unit repair statuses and updates with contractors.
- Prepare material requisitions and project cost estimates.
- Source contractors for unit turnovers and pre-occupancy preparations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course.
- Work experience related to construction is an advantage.
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Amenable to work in Carmona, Cavite.
