Job Description
The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and leading a team of quality assurance analysts/professionals. This role involves developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high standards of service.
General Profile
- Education:Bachelor's degree inBusiness, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Licensure: Holds an active and unrestricted Philippineor USnursing or clinical license (or equivalent clinical certification preferred)for Clinical programs.
- Experience: Minimum of3years in clinical review or quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within a relevant industry(e.g., healthcare, manufacturing, BPO, or technology)
- Technical Skills:Proficiencyin quality management, audit tools, and data analysis software.
- Certifications (Preferred): Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, Certified Quality Auditor
- Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to lead teams, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate across departments.
- Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking:Expertiseinidentifyingefficiencies, implementing solutions, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Quality Standards:Establishand enforce quality assurance policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and companyobjectives.
- Supervise QA Team: Lead,mentorand train quality assurance analysts tomaintainconsistency and accuracy in quality assessments.
- Conduct Audits and Inspections:Perform regular audits of processes, documentation, and service quality toidentifyareas for improvements.
- Ensure regulatory compliance: Monitor adherence to industry regulations, accreditations standards and internal policies, ensuring compliance with national or international quality guidelines.
- Analyze quality Metrics: Collect and evaluate datarelatedquality performance,identifyingtrendsandrecommendingcorrective actions.
- Investigate Quality Issues: Address non-conformance issues, client complaints, and process inefficiencies, implementing corrective and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Operations, Training and Compliance teams to align quality initiatives with business goals.
- Drive Continuous Improvement:Utilizequality methodologies such as Six Sigma,Leanand other quality tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare Reports and Presentations: Generate detailed reports on audit findings, compliance status, and quality improvement efforts for senior management.
- Support Training and Development: assist in designing and delivering training programs to enhance quality awareness and best practices among employees.
- May be assignedadditionaltasks as needed to support business operations and organizationalobjectives.
