Building Maintenance Technician

- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Diagnose equipment failures and perform repairs on various systems including HVAC, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
- Conduct routine inspections and identify areas requiring attention or upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system updates.
- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and external contractors as needed.
- Must possess at least a high school diploma, vocational diploma / short course certificate.
- With TESDA NC II Certification is a plus
- Skills in electrician, aircon technician, mechanical
- Knowledge of HVAC, Fire Protection, Systems, Electrical and Mechanical systems and BMS systems· With/Without NCII Relevant to the field·
- At least 1-2 years experience as MST
- Solid understanding of safety standards and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call shifts, if required.
- Willing to be assigned in Makati areas
- Can start ASAP
