Sales Executive (Construction Products)

Job Responsibilities - Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the construction industry (residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects)
- Promote and sell construction products such as cement, aggregates, waterproofing solutions, adhesives, sealants, coatings, and other building materials
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, architects, engineers, and distributors
- Conduct product presentations, technical briefings, and site visits
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and bid documents in coordination with internal teams
- Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market share within the territory
- Monitor project pipelines and track upcoming construction activities
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction materials or building products
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and project sales cycles
- Good network with contractors, developers, and consultants is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure
