Sales Executive

- Engage customers to understand their vehicle needs.
- Demonstrate and showcase vehicle features and benefits.
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge and guidance.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively.
- Maintain customer relationships for future sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on automotive trends.
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided. 1-2 years of sales experience (preferred).
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced dealership environment; may involve weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Enthusiastic, approachable, and goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Know how to drive is a plus
