Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry & Inventory Specialist to maintain accurate product information across catalogs and websites. The ideal candidate has experience with data entry, basic bookkeeping, inventory management, and product image handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update product information in catalogs and websites.
- Update inventory quantities, barcodes, product prices, and SKU details.
- Upload, organize, and manage product images for online catalogs and websites.
- Maintain accurate inventory and product records.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and data reconciliation.
- Review data for accuracy and correct discrepancies.
- Maintain organized spreadsheets and digital files.
- Ensure product information remains current and consistent across platforms.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in data entry, inventory management, or a related role.
- Experience with product catalogs, e-commerce websites, or inventory systems.
- Familiarity with barcodes, SKUs, pricing, and inventory updates.
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Good written communication skills.
