Executive Assistant / Data Entry Specialist
We are looking for a reliable, intelligent, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Data Entry Specialist who can handle data entry, administrative tasks, and basic data analysis. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can work independently and accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
- Review, organize, and analyze data
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and reports
- Assist with administrative and executive support tasks
- Identify discrepancies, errors, or missing information
- Handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Learn new processes and tasks quickly
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of company information
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable and responsible with assigned tasks
- Quick learner and able to adapt to new processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient with basic computer and office tools
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous data entry or administrative experience is preferred
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM EST
