Accountant / Bookkeeper
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Accountant/Bookkeeper with strong mathematical skills and proficiency in office tools. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Handle bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Work with spreadsheets and other office tools
- Perform data entry, calculations, and financial reporting tasks
- Assist with general administrative duties as needed
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Support telemarketing activities as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, and other office tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn new tasks
- Comfortable with both accounting and customer-facing responsibilities
Training: The client will provide training for the telemarketing aspect of the role.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
