We are looking for an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper with strong real estate accounting experience and hands-on expertise in Yardi Voyager .
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle bookkeeping for real estate properties.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in Yardi Voyager .
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including P&L and balance sheet reports.
- Process tenant charges, rent payments, vendor invoices, and property-related expenses.
- Reconcile property accounts and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and organized accounting records for multiple properties.
Qualifications:
- Proven full-charge bookkeeping experience in the real estate/property management industry .
- Strong hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager is required.
- Solid understanding of real estate accounting and property-level financial reporting.
- Experience with bank reconciliations, AP/AR, and general ledger accounting.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
- Strong Excel and communication skills
