Position: Remote Bookkeeper / Accounting
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accounting Professional to manage back-office accounting operations in a remote environment. The ideal candidate has strong bookkeeping experience, is proficient in QuickBooks , and can work independently while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
- Record and reconcile financial transactions using QuickBooks .
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform data entry and other back-office administrative duties.
- Assist with month-end reconciliations and ensure accurate financial documentation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficient in QuickBooks .
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
