Bookkeeper (Medicaid Billing)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with experience in Medicaid billing and QuickBooks data entry . The ideal candidate has strong bookkeeping knowledge, excellent accuracy, and the ability to manage billing and financial records efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Medicaid billing and maintain accurate billing records.
• Enter and update financial transactions in QuickBooks .
• Review and verify billing and payment information for accuracy.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) and payment posting.
• Reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain organized financial and billing documentation.
• Prepare basic reports and assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed.
• Communicate with internal teams regarding billing and accounting matters.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bookkeeping and Medicaid billing .
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and accurate data entry.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office , particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
