Marketing Coordinator - Events / Project Execution
Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Service Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned stakeholders and clients.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and operational efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure project objectives, timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations are met.
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance related to project requirements and processes.
Service Delivery & Continuous Improvement
- Promote service quality, consistency, and operational excellence.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Support innovation initiatives and contribute to service enhancement efforts.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing activities and contribute to organizational learning.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align goals and deliver successful outcomes.
- Ensure effective communication, coordination, and information sharing across teams.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates.
- Offer recommendations and consultative support to drive successful project outcomes.
Knowledge Sharing & Community Engagement
- Share insights, lessons learned, and best practices across teams and departments.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and collaborative initiatives to support organizational objectives.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of standards, processes, and methodologies.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Ability to analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.

Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of project management, account management, client services, operations, or related experience.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Background in client-facing or service-oriented roles preferred.
