Ideal Candidate Profile

What You'll Bring (Experience)

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.

• Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels.

• Strong knowledge of brand management, digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and marketing analytics.

• Experience managing marketing budgets, vendors, agencies, and campaign performance.

• Lead and develop a high-performing Marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Drive marketing strategies and campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth.

• Manage digital marketing, including social media, website content, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising.

• Partner with Australian stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

• Monitor campaign performance, optimize ROI, and identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.

• Support budget planning, vendor management, and the successful delivery of marketing projects.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and, when required, travel to Australia to collaborate with stakeholders and support strategic initiatives.
