Alliance Operations Coordinator

Role Responsibilities

Google Systems, Entity Architecture & Program Management 

• Google Partner Advantage & PNH Administration: Maintain overall ownership of Google Cloud partner platforms (Partner Network Hub, Delivery Readiness Portal, Skillsboost, Vector, DRI). Ensure all corporate entities and legal structures are accurately mapped across platforms (e.g., following M&A, domain shifts, or entity updates).
• Partner Tiering, Competencies & Diamond Status: Own metric tracking for Google Cloud partner tiers and competencies across parent/child entities. Drive operational initiatives required to achieve and maintain premier tiering (e.g., Diamond Status), executing biweekly performance tracking and addressing gaps.
• Employee Enablement & Onboarding: Manage user access and credentials for Google systems (DRP, PNH, Skillsboost). Author and update internal onboarding playbooks so new hires in Sales, Pre-sales, and Delivery can navigate Google systems, access exam vouchers, and complete certifications.
• Ad-Hoc Escalations & Google Support Tickets: Act as the lead point of contact for Google support ticket management (entity mappings, domain issues, PNH portal bugs, compliance/certifications documentation, and Partner Directory updates with Marketing).

Deal Registration & Opportunity Governance

• End-to-End Deal Registration Workflow: Lead deal registration processing across all revenue models (Opportunity Management, Co-sell, and Services). Convert internal sales notifications into Google’s Partner Network Hub (PNH) accurately and efficiently.
• Salesforce & PNH Synchronization: Audit and optimize Salesforce forms and deal registration fields to match Google’s required data points. Monitor opportunity status in PNH, coordinate with internal sellers, FSRs, and PSMs, and ensure registered deals move smoothly to "Closed-Won."
• Sales Training & Enablement: Deliver deal registration training to new sales joiners; generate and distribute weekly opportunity reports highlighting deals requiring registration; enforce deal registration protocols across sales leadership.

Funding, Rebates & Financial Operations 

• DAF / PSF Funding Management: Manage end-to-end Google funding claims: DAF (Deal Acceleration Funding) and PSF (Partner Services Funding). Educate Project Managers on claim submission rules, enforce deadlines prior to expiration, submit claims in Partner Network Hub and track payouts through to internal accounts/Salesforce update.
• Google Rebates & Incentives Tracking: Maintain internal rebate decks against the latest Google partner program updates. Monitor monthly payment disbursements across all company payment centers/entities, reconcile data, and distribute executive funding/incentive reporting to leadership on the 1st of every month.
• Marketplace & Reseller Operational Support: Streamline internal processes for Google Cloud Marketplace private offers and optimize operational workflows around Partner Sales Consoles / reseller billing setups.

3rd-Party Partner Ecosystem Operations 

• Operational 3rd-Party Partner Programs: Support operational readiness, onboarding, transaction setups, and rebate tracking for additional strategic 3rd-party partners within the Google ecosystem as partnerships are formed (e.g., Wiz, Striim, NetApp, Glean, Datadog, CloudM).

Requirements

Key Skills:

• Deep Expertise in Google Cloud Partner Infrastructure: Hands-on, practical expertise navigating Google’s partner systems, specifically Partner Network Hub (PNH), Delivery Readiness Portal (DRP), and Partner Sales Consoles.
• End-to-End Deal Reg & Co-Sell Mastery: Proven track record in managing high-volume deal registration processes across Opportunity Management, Co-Sell, and Services deals with Google or a major hyperscaler (AWS, Azure).
• Hyperscaler Funding & Incentive Management: Experience executing DAF/PSF funding lifecycle, rebate reconciliation across multiple business entities, and raising/chasing support escalations directly with partner support portals.
• Partner Governance & Tiering Optimization: Understanding of partner program mechanics (tier metrics, specializations, competencies) with a proven history of tracking data to push an organization into top-tier tiers (e.g., Diamond Tier).
• CRM & Portal Integration Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce administration and data alignment, ensuring internal CRM data accurately maps to external vendor portals and reporting dashboards.
• Cross-Functional & Multi-Entity Coordination: Strong cross-functional alignment skills, comfortable working across Alliance, Sales, Project Delivery, Marketing, Legal, and Accounts, as well as managing multi-entity/multi-subsidiary partner structures.
• Analytical & Reporting Precision: High attention to detail with strong Google Sheets modeling capabilities for monthly rebate breakdowns, biweekly tier metric tracking, and executive updates.

Desirable Skills:

• Prior Role Experience: 3+ years specifically in a Partner Operations, Alliance Operations, or Channel Operations role focused on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Google Workspace.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
• Certifications: Google Cloud Digital Leader or Google GenAI Professional accreditations are a plus.
