We are seeking enthusiastic and driven interns to join our team and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our business. Interns will have the opportunity to contribute to both our retail and marketing operations, while also supporting visual merchandising initiatives.

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct store visits and perform comprehensive store checks to ensure operational standards
• Consolidate and analyze sales reports to extract qualitative data and insights
• Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock monitoring and reconciliation
• Facilitate the booking and coordination of store-to-store product transfers
• Creation and updating of product catalogs
• Support the sourcing of new suppliers for store operations
• Serve as a point of contact for daily store staff inquiries, providing timely assistance and support
• Assist in the preparation and opening of new retail stores
• Collaborate closely with Retail Assistants on daily tasks and projects

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
• Strong interest in retail operations, beauty, or consumer goods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
• Willing to conduct field visits to stores when needed.
