Schedule: Full-Time | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to manage end-to-end bookkeeping activities for a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing month-end reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring all bookkeeping functions are completed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple client accounts.
• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and review month-end financial reports and supporting documentation.
• Maintain general ledgers and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Process journal entries and assist with financial statement preparation.
• Monitor client accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company procedures.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather financial information and provide bookkeeping support.
• Assist with audit preparation and other accounting-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (required).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
