This role is responsible for managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, ensuring accurate invoice verification, supplier statement reviews, and timely purchase order processing.
Responsibilities
Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes
Review and verify invoices and monthly statements from suppliers
Track orders from suppliers through to client delivery
Prepare working drawing take-offs
Prepare and process purchase orders
Manage email communications with various business stakeholders
Perform cost estimation and project quotation preparation
Coordinate project-related activities and requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or any related numerical field.
Minimum 1 year of bookkeeping experience (specifically AP/AR & basic reporting)
Proficiency in Xero, cloud-based accounting software.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Demonstrates excellent work ethic and professional
Nice-to-have skills
Mandarin-speaking skills
Administrative skills (social media & customer engagement)

Salary Range: 500 - 800 USD
Working Schedule: Monday - Friday; 6:30 am-2:30 pm PH time
Company equipment provided (after probation period or earlier, depending on performance)
Travel & lunch allowance provided (after probation period)
Work set-up: HYBRID ; remote initially then will transition to Metro Manila office
