Data Generation & Data Management
- Collect, consolidate, and generate operational, sales, inventory, and system data from multiple sources
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems
- Create regular and ad-hoc reports for management (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Maintain databases, spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Implement data validation and control procedures to minimize errors
System Management
- Monitor system performance and resolve data-related or system-related issues
- Support system enhancements, upgrades.
- Manage user access, permissions, and system security
Inventory Management & IT Support
- Maintain accurate system-based inventory records (inbound, outbound, adjustments, transfers)
- Reconcile physical inventory with system data and investigate discrepancies
- Generate inventory movement, aging, and variance reports
- Support barcode, scanning, and inventory tracking technologies
- Assist operations and warehouse teams in system-related inventory processes
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and information security policies
- Maintain audit-ready system logs and inventory records
