• Provide area IT support to employees for hardware, software, network-related issues, and remote support requests.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and peripheral devices.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems, ensuring proper functionality and security.
• Install biometric systems as required and provide maintenance support.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, firewalls, and security systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, applications, connectivity, and remote access.
• Manage cabling infrastructure, including installation, organization, and maintenance of network and power cables.
• Extract, monitor, and manage attendance data from systems as required.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT-related procurement and maintenance.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on the use of technology, software applications, CCTV systems, and biometric devices.
• Participate in IT projects, system upgrades, and software deployment.
