Demand and Supply Planning Specialist

Job Functions and Responsibilities :
- Reviews and analyzes auto - replenishment plans of cross - dock and stock vendors and suggests re-orders following the agreed ordering and delivery schedules.
- Performs quantity overrides for items that are on promo or on allocation.
- Create and release purchase orders to the suppliers based on the final replenishment plan.
- Maintain SKU status in JDA (Active and Inactive) based on the instruction from category buyers to manage delivery service levels.
- Coordinate with the Distribution Center for the timely and accurate dispatch of stocks to the stores.
Job Key Qualifications:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in supply chain functions (demand forecasting and inventory control/management)
- Must have good analytical and problem solving skills
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications
- Must be willing to be assigned in Libis, Quezon City
