Company Driver

The Company Driver is responsible for safely transporting employees, goods, or materials to and from various locations as needed. This position ensures that all driving duties are performed efficiently, while maintaining the cleanliness and proper functioning of the company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive company vehicles to designated destinations, including employees, supplies, and other business-related tasks.
• Ensure that the vehicle is always in good working condition by performing routine checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and road safety practices.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents.
• Assist in loading and unloading items from the vehicle, if needed.
• Ensure the vehicle is kept clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Report any accidents, delays, or vehicle malfunctions to the appropriate authorities or management.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients, employees, or other stakeholders.
• Perform errands and administrative tasks as assigned (e.g., picking up documents, deliveries).
• Follow a predetermined route or schedule to ensure punctuality.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Professional Driver's License (with restriction codes applicable for the type of vehicle to be driven).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar driving role.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, loading, and unloading.
• Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and the ability to perform basic vehicle checks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
