We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to transport goods or passengers to specified destinations in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent driving skills, and a commitment to following traffic laws and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive vehicles to designated locations, ensuring timely arrival.
- Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle, ensuring it is in good condition.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents.
- Report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or traffic violations.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods (if applicable).
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers or supervisors to receive directions and updates.
- Perform basic maintenance checks and schedule vehicle servicing as needed.
Valid driver’s license (Class A, B, or C, depending on vehicle type).
Proven experience as a driver
Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including trucks, vans, or passenger cars.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
High school diploma or equivalent
