Craftsman (Service Technician)

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all types of luggage repairs, from simple fixes to more complex issues.
- Consistently complete an average of 13 repairs per day, maintaining efficiency while ensuring the quality of each repair.
- Inspect luggage to assess the extent of damage and determine whether it can be repaired based on company standards.
- Carefully handle all luggage to avoid additional damage or scratches. Conduct thorough quality checks both during and after the repair to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Accurately fill out repair forms, track parts used and report any new damage to the supervisor. Update the repair records in a timely manner.
