Metro Jobs and Payment Solution Inc. is urgently hiring of Craftsman / Bag Repair Staff
Job Requirements:
- At least High School Graduate; Vocational/Technical training in repair or craftsmanship is an advantage
- With or without experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Trustworthy, reliable, and customer-service oriented
- Willing to undergo training in Rimowa repair standards
- Physically fit and able to handle workshop tools and equipment
- Can work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Perform repair, restoration, and maintenance of Rimowa luggage and products.
- Ensure high-quality craftsmanship in line with Rimowa’s standards.
- Diagnose product issues and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
- Handle tools and equipment properly to carry out repairs safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Craftsman Workshop / Repair Area.
- Accurately record and report repair activities, timelines, and materials used.
- Provide excellent customer service support by explaining repair processes when required.
- Collaborate with store staff and customer care team for after-sales service.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and quality policies.
- Perform other duties related to repair and maintenance as assigned.
Rate:
- 18,000/monthly fixed
