- Join our growing team at AM Group Kitchen Equipment and Supplies Inc. as a Technical Supervisor and help us deliver top-notch service and solutions to our clients.
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of technical staff for installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment.
- Ensure timely and quality completion of all technical service work at client sites.
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics on a wide range of kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, coffee machines).
- Provide technical training, guidance, and performance monitoring for technicians.
- Maintain accurate service reports, inventory of spare parts, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with project and sales teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.
- Proven experience in a technical or supervisory role related to commercial kitchen equipment.
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
- At least a vocational diploma, certificate, or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
- Willingness to travel to project and client sites as needed.
