Description - Perform maintenance and repair tasks on various service equipment.
- Diagnose technical issues and troubleshoot problems effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and equipment status.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies related to equipment servicing.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering or Technical Studies)
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a service technician role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities and technical skills
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Working Conditions: Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
