- In a residential apartment building, you typically work at a desk or station near the front of the building.
- Welcoming residents and visitors, passing along messages, hailing a taxi cab and suggesting excellent places to dine (if needed)
- Main role in organizing, managing, and keeping an office running
- Responsible for clerical and organizational tasks like file organizing, scheduling appointments, assisting other staff members, and drafting correspondences or messages.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a four-year college graduate.
- Basic computer knowledge, appropriate software proficiency, and good typing ability.
- Must possess multi-task handling ability, and knowledge of administrative procedures and clerical actions.
- Should be skillful in Microsoft Office package, telephone communication, listening etc.
- Excellent written and vocal communication.
- Pleasing personality / easy to go along with.
- Good voice quality.
- Knowing the requirements for applying for a student permit or driver's license is a plus. (requirements will be given to her) (if needed)
- Should be honest and hardworking.
