Client Partnership Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external clients and partners
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships (PR & account nurturing)
- Lead business discussions, proposals, and strategic alignment with clients
- Translate client needs into clear internal briefs for media buying and creative teams
- Manage client expectations and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
- Handle negotiations on pricing, scope, and contract terms
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts
- Support new business acquisition through networking, referrals, and pitching
- Represent the agency in meetings, presentations, and industry events
Requirements
- 1 – 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Account Management / Client Servicing
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (English required; Chinese is a plus)
- Experience in digital marketing, advertising agency, or e-commerce ecosystem
- Solid understanding of TikTok Ads / performance marketing concepts (no hands-on execution required)
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-pressure client situations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling regional or international clients
- Background in PR, branding, or strategic partnerships
- Familiarity with TikTok ecosystem (TikTok Shop, content strategy, influencer ecosystem)
- Experience working with fast-scaling teams
