Voice Account | Healthcare Industry
POSITION: USRN – Voice Account (Medical)
WORK SETUP: Temporary Work From Home
SALARY PACKAGE: Up to ₱55,000
QUALIFICATIONS:
Active USRN License (New Jersey)
At least 2 years experience in ANY of the following:
• Acute Direct Patient Care
• Utilization Management (UM) / Managed Care
• Medical Management
Conversant in medical terms
Comfortable handling voice (calls)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handle inbound/outbound healthcare-related calls
• Review and discuss medical cases using clinical knowledge
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and members
• Ensure accurate documentation of cases
• Follow clinical guidelines and company protocols
